Holy crap. Anyone who has not checked out the link to "Up in Alaska" on here really should. We are talking tears while you read type of literature. I bow down to this girl - then I must offer an obligatory curse because now I feel guilty when I whine that I do not want to go out for a 7 mile run. Crikey.
